• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems
• Improve engineering processes, workflows, and team productivity
• Partner cross-functionally with program, project, and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to technical strategy, solution development, and proposal efforts
• Ensure high-quality execution in a results-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of engineering and/or systems experience
• Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
• Experience improving engineering processes and team efficiency

• Experience in defense, aerospace, military, or space programs
• Background in RF, microwave, or mission-critical communication systems
• Experience supporting proposals, bids, and technical solutioning
• Leadership across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Client-facing technical leadership experience
