Chase - 1401 South Breiel Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Greet clients entering the branch and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment;
Manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients in, queue them, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their banking needs;
Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and collaborating with branch team members to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATMs) in compliance with bank procedures
