Job Description:
Independently performs diagnostic cardiac echocardiology procedures utilizing proper techniques and protocols. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with registry in the operation of equipment. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the Cardiopulmonary Department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform other cardiology procedures in other modalities based on departmental needs.

Ultrasound/Sonographer Position specific testing requirement: N/A Licensure/Certification/Registration Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). CPR Certification required
