Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Job Overview

Sr. Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst – Worldpay (Payments). This position is hybrid, 3 days per week at the Cincinnati, OH office, and is not eligible for remote work or visa sponsorship.

• Monitor, research, and provide authoritative guidance on trends, threats, and actors affecting Worldpay and the financial services sector.
• Perform OSINT investigations and demonstrate familiarity with CTI tools.
• Monitor social media, deep web, and online forums for threats to Worldpay.
• Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and potential mitigations across information security.
• Produce daily, issue‑focused, and rapid response reports on cybersecurity issues impacting Worldpay.
• Manage all stages of the intelligence cycle and lead the building and satisfying of intelligence requirements.
• Action and pivot from indicators of compromise using relevant tools such as SIEMs, EDRs, and TIPs.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal cybersecurity, infrastructure, fraud, and other teams to address risks to Worldpay.
• Coordinate with industry, government, and peer information‑sharing communities.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Analytical tradecraft skills, including structured analytical techniques and the diamond model.
• Experience with offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures and knowledge of how threat groups employ them.
• Experience producing and presenting findings to executive stakeholders.
• Subject‑matter expertise in incident management, threat hunting, incident response, or SOC operations.
• Ability to automate recurring tasks using suitable tooling.
• Background in information security or computer science.
• Prior cyber threat intelligence experience required; financial services experience is a bonus.
• Experience working with information‑sharing groups.
• Geopolitical analysis education or prior responsibilities.
