We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for our residents and guests. The ideal candidate is dedicated to excellence and takes pride in creating a clean and organized space.

• Cleaning & Sanitizing:
  Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments, common areas, and staff spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Linen & Laundry Services:
  Handle washing, folding, and distributing linens and personal laundry as needed.
• Supply Management:
  Monitor and restock cleaning supplies while ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Resident Interaction:
  Provide friendly and respectful service, fostering positive relationships with residents.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic living environment.

• Detail-Oriented:
  Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Team Player:
  Collaborates effectively with coworkers to meet community needs.
• Efficient:
  Manages time well to complete daily tasks promptly.
• Compassionate:
  Committed to creating a comfortable and pleasant living space for residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques is preferred.
