About the Role
Essity Professional Hygiene North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our facility in Middletown, OH.

What You Will Do

- Safety and Compliance:
Inspect the workplace for potential safety hazards and ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Ensures that contractors are trained, have the required permits and follow the safety rules. - Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for repairs and routine and preventive maintenance tasks. - Coordination:
Work closely with maintenance technicians, process/mechanical/electrical engineers, line or department leader and other departments to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities. - Resource Management:
Estimate the time and resources required for maintenance tasks. Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and tools. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and maintenance costs using maintenance management software. - Start up:
Trains and improves the start up after the maintenance shuts. - Vendor Management:
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and improve necessary equipment and parts. - Training:
Train maintenance staff in new procedures and protocols.
Who You Are
- High school, technical diploma or equivalent.
- Leadership experience helpful but not mandatory.
- Completion of a mechanical education.
- Hands‑on experience through previous roles in mechanical settings.
- Open for latest technological advancements relevant to the field through training and workshops.

Expected Compensation:
Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits.
