Job Description
Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Day Shift Warehouse Team Leader! You will oversee the daily operations of receiving, selecting, and loading products, ensuring a high level of productivity among team members. Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with fellow supervisors and managers regarding daily operational activities.
- Champion safety and sanitation practices throughout the warehouse.
- Plan staffing and production needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
- Collaborate with all departments to enhance productivity and performance.
- Monitor and ensure all order accuracy standards are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to foster communication and engagement.
- Maintain personnel records for all associates.
- Assist in developing and training team members for their roles.
- Generate productivity reports related to distribution and service center metrics, managing labor costs to meet budgetary objectives.
- Supervise and mentor your direct reports, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience:
2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred. - High School diploma or greater educational attainment (degree preferred).
- Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Two or more years of leadership experience.
- Driven, energetic, and capable of addressing challenges with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical abilities to report and recommend solutions to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.
