Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Day Shift Warehouse Team Leader! You will oversee the daily operations of receiving, selecting, and loading products, ensuring a high level of productivity among team members. • Communicate effectively with fellow supervisors and managers regarding daily operational activities.
• Champion safety and sanitation practices throughout the warehouse.
• Plan staffing and production needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance productivity and performance.
• Monitor and ensure all order accuracy standards are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to foster communication and engagement.
• Maintain personnel records for all associates.
• Assist in developing and training team members for their roles.
• Generate productivity reports related to distribution and service center metrics, managing labor costs to meet budgetary objectives.
• Supervise and mentor your direct reports, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

  Experience:
  
  2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or greater educational attainment (degree preferred).

• Minimum Position Qualifications:
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Driven, energetic, and capable of addressing challenges with a sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical abilities to report and recommend solutions to operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.
