Bindery Operator

2nd Shift (typically 2:15pm-10:45pm)

• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
• Experienced in executing bindery operations under team leader direction
• Communicates effectively with production and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Basic computer literacy: familiarity with PSI software is a plus
• Maintains accurate and complete records for daily production and data tracking
• Consistently meets company standards for safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Knowledgeable in ISO procedures and work instructions; completes necessary forms and checklists
• Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and assist in other departments as needed
• Willing to take on additional tasks to support production goals
• Actively participates in team and company meetings
• Assists in training and onboarding of new and temporary staff
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
• Physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
• Able to push/pull loaded pallet jacks and rolling carts
• Regularly lifts to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Communicates job-specific details and shift updates to ensure continuity between shifts.

• High School Graduate/GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating 3 core machines in a printing environment.
