Folder Operator

2nd Shift (typically 2:15pm-10:45pm)

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all production tasks
• Highly driven with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to team-based work
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
• Communicates clearly and effectively with production and operations personnel
• Basic computer literacy: experience with PSI software is an asset
• Maintains accurate and thorough records for daily production and data tracking
• Consistently meets company and departmental standards in safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Adheres to ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions; completes required documentation and checklists
• Follows company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Willing to work overtime, at weekends, and support cross-functional departments as needed
• Flexible in taking on additional responsibilities to support production goals
• Actively participates in team and company-wide meetings
• Assists in training and onboarding of new and temporary staff
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment.
