We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work out of our Middletown, OH location.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and improve equipment reliability.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in welding (MIG/TIG), fabrication, and machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to successfully complete background screen and a physical examination that includes a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen.
