** What You'll Do -*
* As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

-     Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment

-     Performing machine setup and changeovers

-     Reading and following work orders and production specifications

-     Completing quality checks and required production documentation

-     Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues

-     Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems

-     Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures

-     Maintaining a safe and organized work area

-     Producing quality product that meets customer specifications

** What We're Looking For*
* Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

-     Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing

-     Experience working from raw material through finished product production

-     Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

-     Ability to perform machine-specific preventative maintenance tasks

-     Strong attention to detail and quality

-     Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

-     Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

-     High school diploma or equivalent preferred

-     At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

-     Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
