Welder

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring an experienced Welder for a local manufacturing facility.

Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm

$22.00 to $30.00 an hr. based on experience

• Able to run machine shop equipment including welding machines, and tools and grinders.
• Weld components (aluminum and or steel) using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Cut metal into shapes
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
• Review samples, drawings and or instructions to understand specifications of output.

• Able to use welding equipment & have basic welding knowledge
• Able to troubleshoot and make repairs as needed
• Able to read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
• Must be a self-started and work independently with limited supervision.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with metals
