Printer Slotter Operator
As a Printer Slotter Operator, you will be responsible for set up, assisting or operating printing press to print designs or lettering on corrugated sheets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up machine and reviews specifications on the job order. Visually checks stock in accordance with the job ticket specifications (color, flute, and scoring). Sets slotter head knives to proper depth, sets pull rolls and scores in die cut section, and sets all impressions for materials being used. Runs set-up carton and checks set-up. Makes necessary adjustment to achieve conforming carton.
- Inputs orders in computer and tracks order to completion.
- Put stock in hopper. Set up stacker and lay boy as needed. Feed order.
- Perform routine cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance, and promptly report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and complete work in a timely manner to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on materials to ensure they meet Plant Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as directed.
- Work closely with the printer team and assist Helpers with die cut attachments.

- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs. frequently 20-35 lbs. occasionally, more than 35 lbs. rarely, over 50 lbs. requires team or mechanical assistance
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma
