Production Associate - Utility III

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. This position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and other level‑three or lower tasks. The work area and responsibilities may change daily, as the associate may fill in for employee vacations and absences.

Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Requires lifting and moving materials for most of the shift.
