We are currently searching for a FT Registered Nurse to work Monday–Thursday (and one Friday per month) who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Responsible for knowledge of principles, theories and practices of the nursing process and the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals and to move or lift patients and equipment.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for procedures
- Provide care for patients in recovery
- Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures
- Actively participate in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities
- Proficiency in acute care nursing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
- Basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS
- At least two years of registered nurse experience
- Experience in Pre‑op and PACU is a plus
- Registered Nurse
- Advanced Cardio Life Support
- Basic Life Support
