Licensed Practical Nurses LPN

We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN provides direct resident care and collaborates with physicians, residents, and the multi‑disciplinary team. At Otterbein you are a Partner in Caring, working side by side toward delivering person‑centered care that respects every resident and their choices.

Availability:
Part Time 7p‑7a and PRN. Available shifts: PRN (all shifts). Pay starts at $28.00 per hour (increases with experience) plus $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials.

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinates, supervises, and evaluates resident care.
• Assists with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicates with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibits a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Performs related tasks as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long‑term care experience preferred.
