Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking experienced Nursing Home Administrators for a well-established skilled nursing facility in the Middletown, Ohio area.

We are currently hiring for both permanent and interim Nursing Home Administrator opportunities. Whether you're seeking a long-term leadership position or an interim assignment, we'd love to connect with you.

These are full-time opportunities with a respected skilled nursing operator. The campus offers a stable leadership team, strong clinical support, and an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to lead a high-performing operation. These roles are hiring immediately.

Qualifications
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of OH or via reciprocity.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Prior experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, post-acute care, or a related healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of all applicable federal and state regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facility
  • Lead, develop, and support department managers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
  • Manage the facility's operating budget and financial performance
  • Foster a positive culture focused on clinical excellence and employee engagement
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners
