SOS Wellness in Ohio is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse — RN or LPN — for an on-site, part-time 1099 contract at Middletown and Norwood. You’ll work in a trauma-informed program focused on long-acting injectables, SPRAVATO monitoring, and medication-assisted treatment with direct access to the prescriber.
You’ll carry a panel, perform clinical monitoring, medication administration, and patient education, with nursing assessment, triage, and same-day prescriber communication.
