Concentra, Inc. is hiring an experienced LPN for a full-time onsite role at our Middletown, OH clinic.
You will assist practitioners, support patient care, and manage routine clinic tasks in a fast-paced environment. Two schedules are available:
Thu-Sat 7AM–7PM or Sun-Tue 7AM–7PM.
Starting pay is $28/hr (negotiable) with opportunities for experience-based adjustments. Requires LPN licensure and current state registration.
