Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives to deliver Legendary Customer Experience;
Promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures;
Lead daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention;
Deliver Legendary Customer Experience through GURA:
Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, and show appreciation;
Communicate with Team Members to manage workflow and ensure bird welfare and propane-related training as required
