Competitive Base:
The position starts at a competitive $18 per hour, with a guaranteed clear path to $20 per hour within the first year.
Lucrative Bonuses:

Drive the Sales Floor:
Master and model the proven 5‑step sales method. Confidently sell memberships, upgrade services, and actively coach Spa Consultants to hit peak performance.
Master Operations:
Keep the business running flawlessly by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals.
Curate the Aesthetic:
Ensure the facility remains in pristine, luxury condition, overseeing everything from immaculate spa cleanliness to essential equipment upkeep and safety standards.
Set the Standard:
Act as the ultimate brand ambassador. Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world‑class guest experience during every single interaction.
Experience:
At least 2 years of proven, numbers‑driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
Full‑Time Commitment:
Open availability to dedicate a full 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
Drive:
Highly organized, fiercely self‑motivated, and ready to take absolute ownership of the floor.
Tech‑Savvy:
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
