The Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Responsibilities:- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; identify needs and respond appropriately
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions; drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute sales strategies
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers)
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to compliance policies
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties
- Bachelor's degree (preferred related field)
- Business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement (academic centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices)
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access collaboration
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; HCP interaction in face-to-face/virtual settings; technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing; therapeutic area experience
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver's license
Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight.
