Compensation & Benefits:

• Average pay for a 2-3 person crew: $250,000-$300,000 per year*, paid weekly
• Sign-on bonus of $1500

• Year-round work, no weekends!
• Materials and dumpsters provided at no cost
• Supportive managers to ensure smooth project completion

* Pay varies based on volume and work completed*

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors
• Valid driver’s license and own enclosed trailer, truck, cargo van, or box truck with tools and a metal brake
• Must have LLC/EIN #
• Fully insured with proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance
• EPA/Lead certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
