We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own businesses who want to take on additional work. Craftsmen must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Strong knowledge and experience in various areas of maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle: truck, van or SUV.
• Background, reference and drug testing will be performed.

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
