CompensationBase hourly rate $23.46 - $32.95 per hour (flat rate). Pay may vary based on experience and geographic location.
ScheduleFull-time, 5 days a week. Sundays off each week plus one additional day off based on business needs. Billable hours guarantee of 20 hours per week. Opportunity to earn a $250–$550 bonus every two weeks based on productivity and performance.
Training & Certification SupportCompany pays for ASE certifications and recertifications, and covers costs for suspension & steering, brakes, and heating & air conditioning certifications within 12 months (paid by AAA).
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including suspension, steering, brake systems (ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating & air conditioning.
- Maintain technical knowledge and expand skills for assignment flexibility.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment according to manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
- Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
- Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum three years experience as an automotive technician with proven diagnostic and repair skills.
- ASE or dealership certifications preferred in suspension & steering, brakes, and heating & air conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months; cost paid by AAA).
- Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Eligible to pass pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty) if offered the position.

This role may be performed remotely or on site within the AAA Club Alliance footprint, which includes Washington, DC and 13 states. Primary residence must be within this footprint.
