Position Summary
Perform all duties of the Maintenance Position, along with electrical maintenance with primary objective being the overall maintenance of all machinery, equipment and facilities. Proficient in areas dealing with installs and repairs to electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. Intermediate boiler knowledge with the ability to maintain boiler, piping, supporting electrical systems and surrounding physical structures.

- Scheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment and building.
- Read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- Use precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment; connect cables and wires between machines.
- Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replace damaged or broken wires and cables.
- Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards.
- Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen for sound to locate problems.
- Dismantle and reassemble equipment that needs repair.
- Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
- Assist others on their machines as needed.
- Act as a liaison with vendors when necessary.
- Set up machinery, make necessary adjustments and monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform emergency, scheduled, minor and preventative maintenance on all machines and building.
- Observe all safety policies and procedures including LOTO.
- Work in excess of 40 hours as business needs arise.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform any other task or duty deemed necessary by management.
- Fast‑paced environment requiring adaptation to continuous changes.
- Use hands for finger, handle, or fine manipulations; throw or hear.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms; climbing, balancing, twisting; stooping, kneeling, repetitive foot movement; crouch, crawl.
- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs.; frequently 20‑35 lbs.; occasionally over 35 lbs.; rarely over 50 lbs. with team or mechanical assistance.
- Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- ADP Workforce Now.
- GED or high‑school diploma (preferred).
- 18 years of age or older.
- Advanced electrical knowledge and qualified by maintenance exam or experience.
