We handle the marketing and schedule the appointments-you focus on serving customers and providing solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Building rapport with customers and delivering an exceptional service experience
• Performing dryer vent inspections and diagnostics
• Identifying issues and recommending complete solutions
• Cleaning, repairing, modifying, and installing dryer vent systems
• Educating customers on safety, efficiency, and maintenance best practices

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Enjoy troubleshooting and finding the root cause of problems
• Communicate well and can explain solutions clearly to customers
• Like fixing problems during the same visit whenever possible
• Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Are comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and accessing tight spaces
• Stay calm around bugs, spiders, birds, and other critters you may encounter
• Have basic tool skills and enjoy hands-on work
• Take pride in helping create safer homes and businesses

Many of our Field Service Specialists come from construction, maintenance, HVAC, firefighting, home services, and other skilled trades backgrounds.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $20-$40+ per hour based on performance, efficiency, and solutions provided
• Monday-Friday schedule with opportunities for additional weekend work
• Company-provided vehicle, tools, iPad, uniforms, and equipment
• Paid training and ongoing support
• Medical insurance after 90 days
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Holiday pay for six major holidays after 90 days
