District / Maintenance Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a home phone or cell phone (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Civil Service exam required
• Knowledge of the different trades a plus
• Plumber license preferred
• Demonstrates knowledge regarding the trade of plumbing
• A good mechanical ability, good knowledge of common hand tools and skill in the use of them
• Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Have a belief in education and a concern for children

General Description:

Performs plumbing duties which relate to the school buildings, facilities and equipment. Performs tasks as requested for the general requirements and benefit of the school district.
