Video/CDL-Hiring

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly $1900 - $2200+ Weekly Average
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.62 per Mile with 2000 - 3000 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $50.00 per Stop with 8 to 10 stops per week
• Per Diem Pay: $45.00 per night with up to 3 nights per Week
• Detention Pay: $35
• Drop/Hook at wash pay: $37.00 5 per week
• Endorsements:
  Hazmat & Tanker REQUIRED;
  Must have Tanker experience and Hazmat at time of interview.
• Tractor Type:
  Sleeper;
  Manual Transmission
• Sign on Bonus:
  Pays you $3000; $1500 at 30 days, $1500 at 90 days
• Safety Bonus:
  Pays You $4500; $1500 at 3 months, $1500 at 6 months and $1500 at 9 months
• Paid Training
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday;
  Rotating Sunday Dispatch 2x/Month
• Start Time: 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM

• Deliver SOLO to: OH, MI, IN, PA, WV, MS, AL, GA, IL, TN, AR, SC, NC, KY
• Route:
  Regional with 2 - 3 layovers per week
• Trailer Type:
  Liquid Tanker Trailer
• Cannot accept automatic restriction
• Freight:
  No Touch – Driver will connect hoses and pressurize trailer with assistance

• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, or
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, or
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards;
  Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
