Position Overview
Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Sharonville, OH. Weekly pay, benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Compensation & Benefits- Weekly Guaranteed pay: $1330 per week
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.49 per mile (approx. 2,500 miles per week)
- Solo Stops Pay: $11.00 per stop (5‑15 stops per week)
- Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
- Shutdown Bonus: $2,000 in first year
- Safety Bonus: up to $250 per quarter if applicable
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday; start time flexible due to bid system
Benefits include medical, dental & vision after 30 days; 80 hours PTO first year (use or get paid); uniforms & boot allowance; 401(k) match after one year; 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility); employee discounts; and 24/7 roadside maintenance for trucks up to 36 months old.
Job Duties- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules and standards.
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
- Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements; minimum 9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.
- Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years), DOT physical, and Ryder road test.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions; read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong backing skills required for freight (auto parts).
Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
