Warehouse Coordinator

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support Sunday operations in our fast-paced wholesale food distribution center. In this role, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound orders, verify product accuracy, and ensure on-time loading for customer deliveries. You'll maintain inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, assist with slotting and replenishment, and generate routine reports. Working closely with warehouse leads and drivers, you'll uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards while using RF scanners, WMS, and basic Excel reports to keep product flowing accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound orders to support Sunday warehouse operations
• Verify product accuracy, quantities, and documentation for shipments and receipts
• Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement
• Assist with slotting, replenishment, and staging of products for delivery
• Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
• Prepare basic reports on order status, inventory, and productivity
• Collaborate with drivers, selectors, and leads to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
• Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory activities
• Communicate operational updates and issues across shifts as needed
