Oak Hill Village -

Oak Hill Village is seeking a full-time Patient Care Administrator.

DUTIES OF PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Hire and train new Staff
  • Schedule the shifts for staff
  • Be on call to troubleshoot last-minute in the event of call-offs to fill openings

SKILLS OF PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Ability to show independent proficiency scheduling for a 'full load' of schedules based on the division workload and distribution norm.
  • Must have a Patient Care Administrator license
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Work well under pressure
