Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne is looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor to join our team!

Our Langhorne Ford location is a high-volume dealership with a busy service operation and a strong customer base
. Backed by both the strength of the Ford brand and the resources of Fred Beans Automotive Group, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced service team while representing one of the most recognized automotive brands in the industry.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous dealership Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience and can step into the role with an understanding of the automotive service process, customer communication, and the pace of a busy dealership.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
- Greet customers, identify their service and repair needs, and accurately document concerns
- Work closely with technicians to communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates
- Review recommended services and repairs with customers and obtain necessary approvals
- Build lasting customer relationships and help drive customer retention
- Prepare and review repair orders for accuracy
- Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and keep customers informed
- Help maximize service department performance while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience
- Work closely with Service Management and the technician team to keep a busy shop running efficiently
- Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns when needed
- Previous automotive Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
