Product Development Technician III Details:
- Contract position
- $ 45.00 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Job Details:
- Create detailed, production-ready drawings and 3D models from engineering concepts using PTC Creo
- Prepare, revise, and maintain technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to drafting standards
- Manage document control processes, including version tracking and distribution of engineering documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design development and project execution
- Assist with design reviews by developing clear visuals, documentation, and technical presentations
- Update and maintain existing design files while supporting continuous improvement in design processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a design drafter or in a similar engineering support role
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and engineering mathematics
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret technical information and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
