Hardware Engineering Manager

Allied Resources is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the development of advanced high-speed connectivity and electronics solutions for a global technology-focused manufacturing organization. This leadership role is responsible for guiding product development teams through the complete lifecycle of innovative hardware products, from concept and design through validation and production. • Lead the design, development, and launch of high-speed electronic and cable-based hardware products from concept through production.
• Establish and manage hardware performance requirements related to design, simulation, testing, and product validation.
• Provide technical leadership for engineering teams focused on advanced connectivity, signal integrity, and hardware solutions.
• Oversee simulation activities and utilize analytical results to guide engineering and product decisions.
• Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations based on engineering data and product performance metrics.
• Communicate technical strategies, project status, and business impacts to internal stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams.
• Drive innovation initiatives by leveraging internal expertise, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product development engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish team objectives focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and technical excellence.
• Support recruiting, workforce planning, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business leadership to achieve project goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in hardware engineering, electronics product development, or related technical environments.
• Strong experience with circuit design, product development, simulation, testing, and validation.
• Experience with connectivity products, cable assemblies, interconnect systems, or similar hardware technologies highly preferred.
• Understanding of electromagnetic theory, signal behavior, and electronic system performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret laboratory and simulation data.
• Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or data analytics experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing technical teams, driving performance, and developing engineering talent.
