Inbound Operations Coordinator

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve inbound exceptions promptly, including misdirected cartons, incorrect barcodes, quantity discrepancies, missing labels, and transit damage claims;
Coordinate between warehouse sites, third-party operations managers, and vendors to ensure exceptions are investigated and closed with clear root-cause documentation;
Act as the liaison between the company and its eight fulfillment center sites, tracking inbound appointment activity, escalating delays, and flagging risks before they become problems;
Monitor vendor compliance issues across the network, triggering escalation workflows and initiating chargebacks for repeat violations to ensure accountability is maintained systematically;
Track and report on key inbound KPIs such as exception rates, vendor compliance scores, and exception resolution cycle times
