In this role, you'll work in a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and reliability matter. If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

** What You'll Do:*
* + Assemble electronic components, connectors, cables, and wiring harnesses with accuracy and care

+ Perform soldering and detailed assembly work following established procedures

+ Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

+ Complete inspections and basic testing to ensure products meet quality standards

+ Work with a team to meet production goals while maintaining excellent quality

+ Support a variety of assembly processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* What We're Looking For:

*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous electronics, manufacturing, or small-part assembly experience preferred

+ Ability to read and understand English work instructions and technical documents

+ Comfortable using basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

+ Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (4+ hours at a time)

+ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed assembly work
