In this role, you'll operate and maintain automated and semi-automated production equipment while ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with technology, and building valuable manufacturing skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on electronic assembly and injection molding equipment
  • Monitor automated and semi-automated machines to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment or process issues
  • Read and follow assembly prints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and production instructions
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product quality
  • Complete quality checks and documentation while maintaining production standards
  • Partner with team members to meet daily production goals while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in electronics manufacturing, machine operation, or plastics injection molding preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Ability to read and understand English work instructions, schematics, and technical documents
  • Basic math skills and comfort using computers, production systems, and manufacturing tools
  • Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to quality and reliability

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (4+ hours at a time)
  • Ability to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
