Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary
: SEACORP is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide program management support for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. The successful candidate must be motivated with strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Essential Capabilities:
- Developing and maintaining program schedules
- Developing and maintaining action items
- Developing and distributing presentation material
- Coordinating meetings and large technical exchanges
- Editing documentation and ad hoc tasking as required
Please note that an Active Secret Clearance is required on the date of hire.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred. However, an Associate's Degree plus 5 years of related experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience required.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
