Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary : SEACORP is currently seeking a Security Clerk. The Security Clerk will provide administrative support to the Facility Security Department by performing basic clerical functions as well as administering more complex, yet routine activities, and providing assistance for non-routine processes/events as necessary. Perform building security activity, including following established guidelines to ensure access to SEACORP facilities is managed effectively.
Enter employee clearance-related data into government database(s).
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors.
- Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents.
- Collect information and perform data entry Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
- Search files, databases or reference materials to obtain needed information.
- Operate office equipment. Make travel, accommodations, or entertainment arrangements for others.
- Send information, materials or documentation.
- Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
- Respond to customer problems or complaints.
- Awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures as defined in the SEACORP handbook, Code of
- Conduct and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education
:
High school diploma/GED required.
Experience : A minimum 1 year of administrative or security related duties.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
