Administrative Associate

BBN's Collaborative Administration Group, called POST (Professional Office Support Team) has an opening for a Full time Administrative Associate who will provide administrative support for professional, technical and engineering co-workers at various levels. This is an on-site role, located in Middletown, Rhode Island.
What You Will Do:
- Manage reception, phone lines, visitors, mail/packages, and front-desk security.
- Provide administrative support across RTX BBN locations and teams.
- Coordinate meetings, events, calendars, catering, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, reimbursements, and related policies.
- Order and maintain office, kitchen, and facility supplies and inventory.
- Support export documentation, records management, and company repositories.
- Coordinate facility vendors, maintenance, conference rooms, and office equipment.
- Serve as Government Property Coordinator, managing inventories, tracking, reporting, and audits.
- Support EHS initiatives, process improvements, and other business needs.
- Travel to BBN, RTX, customer, or partner locations as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Physical requirements include ability to lift, carry or move 27lbs on own. Ability to push, pull, lift for office/conference set ups.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
