SEACORP is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide program management support. The successful candidate must be motivated with strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Job Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining program schedules
- Developing and maintaining action items
- Developing and distributing presentation material
- Coordinating meetings and large technical exchanges
- Editing documentation and ad hoc tasking as required
Active Secret Clearance is required on the date of hire.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred. An Associate’s Degree plus 5 years of related experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required.
- All SEACORP employees must hold U.S. citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical DemandsOffice & computer laboratories – sitting, standing, extended periods using a mouse and keyboard, and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of less than 40 lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
