Integrated Master Scheduler I.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary :SEACORP is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support Electronic Warfare (EW) programs by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple programs and projects. This role is responsible for ensuring schedules remain accurate, organized, and aligned with program objectives, contractual requirements, and strategic timelines. The Integrated Master Scheduler will coordinate planning activities, monitor milestones, identify and track schedule risks, and provide comprehensive schedule management and administrative support.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position ensures program activities remain synchronized, potential issues are identified early, and project execution stays on track to achieve mission and customer objectives.

Job

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creation and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is compliant with government and corporate requirements and which demonstrates the necessary cost and schedule integration.
  • Internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) submittals.
  • Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis and other forms of in-depth and actionable schedule related analysis.
  • Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.
  • Support development of program plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures; assist in defining tasks, sequencing activities, and identifying resource needs.
  • Build, maintain, and update detailed program schedules; track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies; communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders.
  • Maintain action item logs, monitor progress, and ensure responsible parties’ complete tasks on schedule.
  • Create and maintain planning documents, schedules, trackers, and reference materials; ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
  • Consolidate updates from teams, maintain dashboards, and produce bi-monthly reports highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Identify scheduling risks, conflicts, and dependencies; elevate issues and support mitigation planning.
  • Recommend enhancements to planning workflows, scheduling tools, and documentation practices to improve efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Active Secret Security Clearance is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is Required.

Additional

Required Experience:

  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Experience in U.S. Navy/Military programs or operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of program planning, scheduling principles, and project coordination.
  • Expert Level Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
  • Experience preparing documentation, reports, and structured meeting materials.
  • Calm, proactive problem‑solving in fast‑moving environments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A strong passion for learning with excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to constructively collaborate with various individuals with a variety of personalities.
