Job Summary:
SEACORP is seekingan Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of the Government Property Management program. This person will be a member of the Contracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management and physical audit functions in a company-wide role.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP's Property Management System.
- Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator.
- Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors.
- Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained.
- Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas.
- Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed.
- Conduct physical inventories.
Education
:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, OR Associate's Degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred. Candidates with comparable level of work/military experience are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Must have excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a program management environment.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be flexible to tasking changes.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with PIEE.
- Must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.
Experience
: 0+ years of experience witha Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with Associate's degree.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
