Senior Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and logistics
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans, specifications, and local regulations
• Oversee complex excavation, underground work, and utility coordination
• Maintain strong communication with project management, design teams, and stakeholders
• Anticipate and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule
• Uphold high standards of craftsmanship consistent with a luxury hospitality project

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground‑up work
• Proven success managing complex, tight‑site, or urban‑style projects
• Strong background in excavation, underground structures, and utility coordination
• Experience with high‑end hospitality or similar quality‑driven projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a safe, organized jobsite

Expert Level

This is a Permanent position based out of Middletown, RI.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Middletown, RI.
