Location:
Middletown, RI 02842. Position:
Full Time. Salary: $23.00 – $27.25 hourly. Shift: 1st Shift.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm (40 hours/week). At least 2 Saturdays per month, 8:45am – 1:15pm. When working a Saturday, you may opt for a full or half day off during the workweek. Please note that business needs may require an earlier arrival or later departure.

- Act as a branch leader, assist counselors, and handle complex member service issues with Five Diamond Service, focusing on protecting the AAA brand legacy.
- Perform regular duties of a Member Service Counselor, delivering accurate and timely information about club products and services.
- Maintain department standards, serving members in‑person and over‑the‑phone, and supporting club partnerships such as Registry Services and TSA.
- In select locations, provide registry and TSA services (e.g., license/, registration renewals), handling confidential documents and inputting data into systems.
- Review applications for completeness in person and over the phone in compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Assist members with accommodations and points of interest, including mapping, routing, hotel and car reservations.
- Promote and assist members with International/Inter American driving permits; passport photos; foreign currency; theme park tickets; entertainment tickets, and other club products.
- Consistently meet or exceed minimum member satisfaction scores and related goals.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services.
- Use the Five‑Diamond process, cross‑selling techniques, and training to educate members on benefits and KPIs while maintaining a positive experience.
- Keep up to date on all branch promotions and initiatives; identify opportunities to improve branch performance.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including cash report, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.
- Process registry reports and auto loan transactions where applicable.
- Ensure company policies and procedures for day‑to‑day branch management and security.
- Oversee branch office maintenance and appearance; coordinate repairs with building services.
- Adhere to policies on security of cash, ticket inventory, notary books, and other club property.
- Secure branch funds, including deposits.
- Perform job duties within department policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's Degree preferred. - Experience: Customer service with a focus on sales required.

Must satisfactorily pass state and federal background checks. Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry and TSA services.
