Donor Support Specialist

Advanced Remarketing Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Donor Support Specialists to work with the nation’s top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this position include:

• Answering inbound calls
• Responding to information inquiries
• Enhancing our customer experience

Morning, afternoon and night shifts are available for part-time employment. A great opportunity for students and working parents! Office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Employees also enjoy a wide range of conveniences, from flexible schedules to fuel (healthy snacks–sometimes unhealthy snacks–catered lunches, farm fresh veggies, and caffeine) to career development in a collaborative environment.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, complaint call management, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.

• High school diploma or GED
