Pre-K Teacher Assistant

All Saints Academy seeks a caring, energetic, and faith-filled PreK Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. The teacher will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a joyful, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where our youngest learners can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lessons and activities.
• Support students during classroom instruction, centers, play, and transitions.
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage social, emotional, and spiritual growth through daily interactions.
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and other school activities as assigned.
• Help students develop independence, problem solving skills, and positive relationships with peers.
• Model Christian values of kindness, respect, patience, and compassion.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Associate’s degree, CDA, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive, flexible, and supportive attitude.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
