SAIC is seeking an Engineering Technician in Middletown, RI.

* The primary work focus will involve the maintenance, setup, breakdown, and repair of mechanical and electrical test equipment and facility infrastructure including fluid and material handling, industrial equipment, data acquisition, signal processing and complex test and automation systems.

* The candidate must be self-motivated, accountable, and present themselves professionally in front of customers and peers.

* The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong work ethic, analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities and the propensity to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, or testing operations; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

CLEARANCE:

* Must be able to obtain clearance up to the level of SECRET.
