SAIC is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI.

• Perform various financial management functions related to programmatic and department-level execution.
• Manage all aspects of programmatic financial management, including funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning, and ad-hoc department-level financial requirements using various computer systems.
• Develop miscellaneous reports, prepare presentations, and assist with the tracking of project data as required.

• Bachelor's degree with 18 years or more of related experience, or Master's degree with 16 years or more of related experience.
• 10+ years of relevant NUWC financial experience.
• Deep understanding of Navy ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to work independently and in a team environment.

• Active Secret clearance.
